The Seven Be's for a healthy, happy, peaceful life:

Be grateful.

Be kind.

Be helpful.

Be loving.

Be forgiving.

Be peaceful.

Be joyful.

You may want to choose to practice a different one each day of the week until they become so much a part of you that you are always grateful, kind, helpful, loving, forgiving, peaceful and joyful.
