Today's thought: Language and manners.
Language and manners civilize us. The overall purpose of manners is to treat others with kindness and respect, that we may live in a civilized society. We are responsible for our own behavior and others judge us by our behavior and our language.
Crude and vulgar language comes out of crude and vulgar mouths, and generally precipitates crude and vulgar behavior.
If we wish to live in a peaceful, civilized world, we must begin by being peaceful and civilized within ourselves, within our families, within our workplace, and within our relationships.
Wishing you the blessing of peace within yourself.....and joy and love, always.
