Today's thought: Everyone gets a turn.
We all get a turn at being a helpless new-born, a child learning to walk and talk, a student eager to learn, a teen-ager wondering 'where do I fit in?', a graduate looking for work, perhaps married with children of our own, and a senior wondering 'where did the time go?'
Each chapter in our lives holds expectations and fears, so let us be kind to ourselves as we go through the many chapters of our lives, and kind to those around us as they go through theirs. We all need love, we all need acceptance, we all need to know we are accepted and respected by our peers, family, and friends. Let us be kind and have no regrets when it is our turn to close our eyes and sleep for the last time.
