Anger

Today's thought:  Anger

From the writings of the Buddha:

"You will not be punished for your anger, you will be punished by your anger."

"Holding on to anger is like grasping a hot coal with the intent of throwing it at someone else; you are the one who gets burned."

Whatever I do, returns to me.  Whatever you do, returns to you.  Some call this Universal Law.  Some call this God's law.  Some call this karma.  Regardless of the name you give it, intent is what begins the process.
It isn't what we say that determines the outcome; it is what we think and feel in our hearts that determines the outcome for us.

Wishing you blessings beyond measure, peace, joy, and love, always.
