Today's thought:  Honor yourself.

Honor yourself and all of Nature and the Universe as we are all  expressions of God.  Where there is life, there is God.  It cannot be otherwise, as His is the breath of life we breathe and it is in Him that we live, move and have our being.  To honor ourselves, we care for ourselves physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually; and we care for others, including plants and animals, as much as we can.  We are all  Spirit; we are all connected; when we care for one, we care for all.  Honor yourself, a child of God, worthy and deserving of life, love, and happiness.
