Today's thought: Success/Failure
We all measure success and failure by different standards. I remember reading about an Native American tribe that measured success in a man or woman's life by how many people mourned them after their death. Following are some quotes that provide food for thought...words to live by.
From Winston Churchill:
"Success is not final; failure is not fatal; it is the courage to continue that counts."
"Success consists of going from failure to failure without any loss of enthusiasm."
From the Buddha:
"The only failure is not to be true to the best one knows."
However you define success, I wish you the blessing of experiencing it and the subsequent discovery that it is truly what you wanted all along. Peace, joy, and love, always.
